Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA"), Government of India has announced "Green Initiative in Corporate Governance" by allowing Companies to send Notices / Documents / Annual Reports and other communication to its shareholders by electronic mode i.e. by e-mail.

In line with the initiatives taken by MCA, Grasim Industries Limited proposes to send documents such as Notices of General Meeting(s), other Notices, Annual Report and all other communications to its Shareholders through electronic mode i.e. on the e-mail address provided by you.

Please note that all such documents shall be made available on the Company's website, www.grasim.com and the same shall also be kept open for inspection at the Registered Office of the Company during the business hours.
