The Aditya Birla Group’s cement production for the period
April-February 2009 has moved up by 5.23 per cent at 290.09
lakh mt as against 275.67 lakh mt during April-February 2008.
Dispatches grew by 5.25 per cent at 289.71 lakh mt in April-February
2009 vis-a-vis 275.24 lakh mt in the corresponding period last
year.
Cement
production for the month of February 2009 rose by 9.53 per
cent at 29.24 lakh mt. Dispatches are up by 10.08 per cent
at 29.19 lakh mt over February 2008
